The staking applications at stardust.pub and its subdomains.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of the staking applications operated by Stardust Staking and Solutions OÜ (trading as Stardust Staking), a private limited company registered in Estonia, Narva mnt 7a, Tallinn, 15172, Estonia, at stardust.pub and its subdomains — aleo.stardust.pub, sol.stardust.pub, sui.stardust.pub and mon.stardust.pub — together with the portfolio page on this site (the “staking apps”). Our Privacy Policy and the corporate Legal & Disclaimer form part of these terms. By using the staking apps you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the staking apps.
The staking apps are non-custodial software interfaces to public Proof-of-Stake networks. Staking transactions are constructed locally in your browser and are signed by your own wallet. We never hold, receive, or have access to your crypto-assets or the private keys that control them; unstaked and withdrawn funds can go only to the wallet you connected. The staking apps have no user accounts, hold no balances, and cannot move funds on your behalf. They display information drawn from public blockchains and public data services; they do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in them is an offer or solicitation of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use staking services under the laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the staking apps, and of staking generally, is lawful where you live; we make no representation that the staking apps are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. You agree not to use the staking apps to break the law, to interfere with the service or other users, or to probe or attack the infrastructure that serves them — security research under our published security policy is welcome.
The staking apps list validators of the relevant network, including validators we operate. Where a Stardust validator appears, it is shown first and marked as ours; its position is editorial, not a ranking result. Delegating to any validator — ours or a third party’s — pays that validator’s commission out of staking rewards at the rate the network reports, which each app displays. Network transaction fees are yours. We charge nothing beyond the displayed validator commission, and we receive nothing when you delegate to a third party’s validator.
APY figures shown in the staking apps are estimates based on current network conditions, are variable, and are not guaranteed — see “Risk and APY framing” in the Legal & Disclaimer, which applies to the staking apps in full. Staking mechanics differ per network, and using an app is not a substitute for understanding the network behind it. In particular, and without being exhaustive:
The apps surface these mechanics where they can, but the network’s own rules are authoritative.
Staking and crypto-assets carry risk that you accept by using the staking apps, including the risks listed in the Legal & Disclaimer (slashing, validator downtime, forks, protocol changes, loss of value), the unbonding illiquidity described above, the security of your own wallet and devices, and the possibility that the staking apps display incorrect data or become unavailable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Nothing we publish is a promise of return.
Your wallet is third-party software under its own terms. Blockchain data, validator metadata and market data shown in the staking apps come from public networks and public data services (market data by CoinGecko); we relay them through our own infrastructure but do not control or warrant them. Links to explorers and other external resources are provided for convenience; following them is at your own risk.
The staking apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with the staking apps is excluded as set out in the Legal & Disclaimer, and in any event we are not liable for losses arising from your delegation decisions, from network behaviour, or from your wallet or keys. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in them affects statutory rights that consumers have under mandatory law in their country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the staking apps after a change means acceptance of the changed terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the Estonian courts — in each case without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence.
